I. Visa-free policies for tourism teams from 26 countries

(2) Foreigners who come to Hainan on visa-free tours shall be handled by travel agencies established in Hainan.

(3) Foreigners who come to Qiong on a visa-free basis may not stay beyond the prescribed time limit or travel to other parts of the People's Republic of China without approval, and who need to extend their stay in Hainan or travel to other parts of the People's Republic of China shall apply for a visa in accordance with the law.

(4) Travel agencies receiving foreign nationals who come to Qiong on a visa-free tour shall arrange to accompany and provide tour guide services throughout the trip.

(5) A travel agency that needs to provide visa-free services for foreigners to visit Qiong Tour may file an application with the Exit and Entry Administration Bureau of the Public Security Bureau of Hainan Province or the Exit Administration Detachment of the Public Security Bureau of Haikou and Sanya City for the record.

II. Port Visa Policies
